Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is just hours away from making its grand opening at Disneyland Resort in California (ahead of its debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on August 31st), and in anticipation of its debut, the very first in-depth video and promotional photos have been released, showcasing the amazing scope and wonder of this amazing experience. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is an immersive storytelling experience, unlike anything Disney has ever built before. Unfolding on the planet of Batuu, an outer-rim trading post that invites guests into the Star Wars universe to pilot the Millenium Falcon, build your own droid, or get a taste of Star Wars cuisine. The detail and scope of Galaxy’s Edge are unlike anything seen in the theme park world, and we are endlessly amazed by the detail that went into this project.

As you can see, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is already one of the most amazing projects that Walt Disney Imagineering has created, and it is incredible to see the massive scope and work that went into this project. Of course, we’ll be speaking about Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge quite a lot over the next few months (and certainly the next few years) as this land continues to gain a major foothold in Disney Parks history. Stay tuned for more coverage, and we can’t wait to see everything that this land has in store for the future of Disney Parks.
